The COE Honors and Awards Committee is composed of faculty, staff and students who manage the process for annual honors and awards in the College of Education. The COE Honors and Awards Committee reviews and makes recommendations for College of Education honors and awards, including the: 1) Faculty Distinguished Achievement in Scholarship; 2) Faculty Distinguished Achievement in Teaching; 3) Faculty Distinguished Achievement in Service; 4) Outstanding Staff Service. The COE Honors and Awards Committee, when requested, also reviews and makes recommendations for COE Awards for honors to outstanding K-12 teachers, including the outstanding novice teacher award and outstanding mentor teacher awards.
